About
My journey in design is rooted in the belief that great visuals are born from empathy and adaptability. I thrive on finding that sweet spot between creativity and context—creating work that not only excites me, but meaningfully connects with people.
That spark first lit when I was a kid collecting hang tags off my clothes—miniature lessons in brand identity, typography, and packaging. It evolved into launching my own clothing brand, Kiss Your Fears, where I explored visual storytelling through apparel design and built a brand from the ground up.
After graduating from San Jose State, I joined Academic Coffee as a Visual Designer. Under the mentorship of owner Frank Nguyen, I’ve shaped and refined the brand across print, digital, and environmental touchpoints—learning how thoughtful design choices build lasting impressions.
Lately, my creative energy has been shifting toward product design. I’ve been diving into user flows, systems thinking, and real-world interaction design—most recently through a project for Playground, a mental health app, where I designed a share feature that was both intuitive and emotionally mindful.
Whether it’s a coffee cup or a digital experience, my design philosophy stays the same: understand the user, embrace the context, and create visuals that not only look good—but feel right. I’m currently seeking opportunities to continue growing as a product designer and collaborate with teams who value curiosity, clarity, and care.
